REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Participants must be members of US Chess.

Must be at least 50 years old as of December 5, 2026.

Registration closes 30 minutes prior to round 1 if not already full.
TIME CONTROL
G/60; inc/10
Each player receives 60 minutes plus a 10 second increment to complete each game.

Live Ratings Used: Up to date US Chess "live ratings" used for all players - not the monthly supplement rating.

Byes: If you need to skip a round, you can request (1) half-point bye for a specific round. Byes must be requested at registration or via email before the tournament starts. Once the tournament begins, all requested byes are 0 points.

Limited to the first 40 entries.

Registration closes at 9:30am or when the capacity limit is reached.

US Chess live ratings used for pairings and prizes.

All equipment provided (must use our equipment).

Plaques awarded to first place in each section based on the following tiebreaks: Cumulative, Average Opposition cut one.

Refunds: $5 fee for refunds before the event; $10 fee for same-day; no refund after event begins
